TO ADD AN EVENT

 

  1. Click on "SUGGEST AN EVENT"

  2. A pop-up window opens

  3. Enter your contact info so the Calendar Administrator knows who is requesting the event. Add notes here for Administrator if desired.

  4. Event Information important instructions:

    • Event Title: put just the event name. Do not put any event description in this line!
    • Start date, time – enter the event date

    • Repeat Event- if it is a recurring event, you can indicate that here
    • Description: here is where you put the event details

5. Event Location: enter where the event is held
6. Event Contact: put your contact info
7. Click on SEND SUGGESTION to send to the Calendar Administrator for approval and posting.

Things to know about this interactive calendar:

  • You can set up recurring dates for regular events

  • You can add descriptions and links to your organization and/or contact person

  • Users can add these events to their Outlook or devices and set date reminders

 

 

 

Who can enter events?

Any group, organization or business who is providing activities of interest to the Senior citizens in the greater Charleston area and is inviting the public to attend. If there are fees associated with the event, please note the cost in the Event Description.

 

All postings are subject to approval by CASC
