As our senior population grows and changes, CASC is dedicated to serving older adults and meeting changing needs. Our goal is to promote a sense of community by planning, organizing and coordinating services, programs, classes and events for our senior citizens.
The Program
T
he Case Manager is the broker who arranges for services to help seniors in need.
The Case Manager also calls upon family, neighbors or church members to supplement the services CASC offers.
The CASC Case Management Service helps seniors with problems that affect their quality of life, enabling seniors to remain independent or to be moved to safer living arrangements.
