CASC provides in-home services to older citizens who are home-bound and need help. We also assist their caregivers who need relief and support.
.

When an elderly person is ill and at home, CASC provides assistance at no cost to the client.
Typically, In-Home clients live alone, or are left alone while caregivers work, or are cared for by family members who have chronic health problems. Clients are often bed-bound.
Our trained aides provide care, support and companionship for those seniors who are in need.
Funding is provided by Trident United Way, Ladies Benevolent Society, and Charleston County.
Assistance includes:

Often caregivers face overwhelming challenges as they struggle to provide essential services to a loved one. CASC strives to provide temporary help in these times of need.
Respite service is offered to those caregivers who are unable to purchase respite service from another source and who have no family or other support systems to provide relief.
No fees are charged for the service, which is available
Monday- Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM.
